Within 3 days of your purchase, we’ll send the first draft of your semi-custom branding, including all logos and elements. Review and approve, or request one revision to ensure your brand truly speaks to you.

  • step three

Just two days after your approval, you’ll receive your complete brand package, including your personalized logo, sub-mark, and style guide.

What files will I receive?

Final files of your primary logo, secondary logo, sub-mark, tagline & icon/brand elements (if applicable) will be provided as EPS, PDF and PNG format for web & print use in black, white and all your brand colour.

Are the font files included?

The font files of your logo will not be provided as the license for the font belongs to to us and cannot be transferred. We have font recommendations for every brand kit that are free to use and would compliment your logo.

Can I get additional elements done for me?

Of course! If you would like additional marketing materials, email us at kaye@withfaithandlove.com so we can provide you with a quote.

Will I be able to edit them?

Final files of your logos cannot be edited as they will be delivered as outlined vector files.

Will the Brand design be unique for my business?

The brand will be customised for your business with your business name, color palette, tagline but not exclusive, as they will be sold more than once.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital products all purchases are final, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. All designs are copyright to With Faith & Love and should not be resold, copied or redistributed.

How many revisions does this package include?

Your purchase includes 1 revision only. If you require further changes after that it, it will be charged at hourly rate of $70/hr.

How many times will the Brand Suites Packages be sold?

The brand kits will be sold for 5 times only to still keep it unique. There is an option to be sold exclusively to you  for an aditional of $900, if they have not yet been purchased. Please email us at kaye@withfaithandlove.com to inquire.
